Alive and pest free guarantee
At Leonardo’s Reef, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we prioritise the health of your new corals. We offer an Alive and Pest Free Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind. If your newly purchased coral does not arrive or fails to survive within 24 hours, is found to be carrying pests, or is damaged during shipping, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement with the same coral.
We strongly recommend that someone is available to accept the package at the time of delivery, and the order is unpacked as soon as possible after arrival. The 24-hour guarantee period starts from the initial delivery date and time. To process your claim, please take photos of the package and any damaged corals within 2 hours of arrival.
Do not discard the coral specimen and packaging without authorization from Leonardo’s Reef, as doing so will void the guarantee. Similarly, do not ship the coral(s) back without consent from Leonardo’s Reef, as it will also void the guarantee.
We will make every effort to replace your coral with the same or a similar specimen. If the requested coral is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead. In cases where the courier fails to deliver the package, we take full responsibility, and the 24-hour guarantee applies to the lost corals.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for livestock; only store credit or replacements are offered.
In the event of discounted coral purchases, replacements or credit will be provided based on the amount paid, rather than the item’s original price.
We kindly request that you contact us via email before initiating any chargebacks, as unauthorised chargebacks will void the guarantee.
