Leonardo’s Reef pays the highest attention and cares to pack your precious corals. All measures are taken to keep the temperature stable, prevent leaks, or any form of damage that could occur during shipping. The packed and sealed corals are shipped via UPS ISC livestock Express®. In cold or hot weather, we use double insulation with extra heat/cool packs to protect your livestock.

All our packing materials are free of charge, including heat and cold packs.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS ISC livestock Express® within 24h.
  • The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order on arrival.
  • Someone must be available at the time of delivery to prevent livestock from being exposed to the weather and extreme temperatures.
  • We will hold orders for a maximum of 2 weeks upon request.
  • The delivery day can be changed or extended any time before we ship upon request.

We offer free shipping options to all Europe depending on your total order amount. We try our best to provide fair shipping prices and conditions to all of our customers, but shipping rates differ between each country. Please check the shipping table and see the total order amount for your country to qualify for free shipping. If you have any questions, just contact us!

Your livestock is covered! If your new coral addition does not arrive alive, damaged, or perishes within 24 hours, we will issue you a store credit or replacement with the same coral. Read more here “24h GUARANTEE”.

You can choose your desired delivery day in the checkout process. We prefer to ship with the delivery day on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.  We will try our best to deliver your order on the specified date. We always check the weather of the city where we will ship to and the transit points. In extreme cold or hot weather that will put the animals at risk, we will not ship, and you will be notified to change the delivery date. Of course, we will always keep close communication with you as our customer.

In order to guarantee our services, we strongly advise that you check if “Next Day Delivery” service is available to your address. To do so, please use the option below. Just add our postal code, city, and country. After that, you add yours. Make sure to add the correct shipping date. You will see the guaranteed delivery date and time after you click update for each service. We use UPS Express or UPS Express Saver. If you see either option for next day delivery guaranteed, you can place your order using your address.

1. Check next day delivery availability to your address
In case that your address doesn’t qualify for next day delivery, then you can try to use a “UPS Access Point” address in a city near yours. To do so, use the second option below. When you find a UPS Access Point, repeat the first step (above) to confirm that the UPS Access Point address qualifies for next day delivery service.
