Leonardo’s Reef would like to offer you a way of payment that you desire, in a reliable and safe way. Because we would like to serve customers in as many countries and in as many ways as possible, we accept several widely used methods of payment methods. Below you see all payment methods that we accept.
iDeal
You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As a customer, you can immediately use iDEAL, without having to register. iDEAL is the most used payment method by our Dutch customers. We do not charge extra costs for an iDEAL transaction.
Paypal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you as a consumer to protect and trust online purchases from Leonardo’s Reef. PayPal has more than 100 million account holders worldwide. Unlike 99% of all other webshops, LR does not charge extra costs for a PayPal transaction. However, given the high commission on a transaction, we appreciate that you choose a different payment method if possible.
Credit card
You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your credit card company. Unlike 99% of all other webshops, Leonardo’s Reef does not charge extra costs for a Credit Card transaction. However, given the high commission on a credit card transaction, we appreciate that you choose a different payment method if possible.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany, and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription, the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
Cash (only upon collection)
If you want to collect the ordered item yourself, you can choose this as the last step in the ordering process on the website. Before you collect the order from us personally – please note the following points:
- You pay cash, and appropriate (we have no change cash at the laboratory)
- You have received an e-mail or telephone message from us that your order is ready for collection at our Lab in Almere.
